Reservering
Booking conditions
The camping "Château de Lez-Eaux" accepts bookings to guarantee to you a pitch for your choosen dates. Your wihes are taken into account according our availabilities. Bookings can only be registered on receipt of a deposit of 25%.
Pitch
The pitch is booked in the customer's name and is not transferable to third parties.
The payment will be made on arrival as stipulated in the contract.
No refund will be made in the case of early departure, for whatever reason.
The pitch is available from 1p.m. and until 12 a.m. on the day of departure.
The campsite must be informed within 24 hours of any delay in your arrival; failure to notify by 7p.m. On the following day your originally intended day of arrival will mean the campsite will cancel your booking and keep your deposit.
In case of cancellation, the campsite must be notified in writing :
- more than 30 days before the arrival, the full deposit will be refunded to the customer.
- less than 30 days before the arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
All campers should take out their own cancellation insurance.
Renting
The accomodation is rented to the customer's name and is not transferable third parties.
The payment should reach the campsite at least 30 days before the start of the stay.
For all bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full amount is payable.
No refund will be made in the case of early departure, for whatever reason.
The accomodation is available from 3p.m. and should be vacated by 10a.m. on the day of departure.
Each accomodation is provided with a detailed inventory and this should be checked on arrival and reception notified of any missing or broken objects within 24 hours to avoid being charged for these on departure.
The tenants must make a deposit of 45,73 Euros for cleaning.
This deposit can be recovered on departure, if the premises are judged perfectly cleaned when inspected. This inspection takes place between 8 and 10a.m.; if the tenant wants to leave earlier the deposit may be returned by post.
Cancellation by customer-charges :
- More than 30 days before the arrival date, a fixed sum of 30,50 Euros will be retained.
- From 30 days to 21 days, 25% of the total cost will be retained.
- From 20 days to 8 days, 50% of the total cost will be retained.
- From 7 days to 4 days, 75% of the total cost will be retained.
- Less than 4 days or no-show, 100% of the total cost will be retained.
Tenants are reminded that no cancellation insurance is included in our prices and they should take their own cancellation policy.
